Ministerial Staff



Dr. William E. Judd received the call into the ministry in 1976 and faithfully served in the AME Zion Church for 27 years.  Under the direction of God, Judd Ministries, Inc. was started in 1995.  He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of the ministry and Pastor of the JMI Worship Center.  Dr. Judd received the Honorary Doctor of Theology degree from Victory International School of Theology.  He,  his wife (Luerever), and family reside in Raleigh, NC.  He enjoys playing golf, bowling and riding his Harley especially on local mission ventures.


Minister Les W. Thompson

Minister Thompson accepted the call into the ministry and preached his initial sermon on September 17, 1995.  He received his ordination on July 17, 2005.  He, his wife (Kwanya) and daughter (Ariana) reside in Raleigh, NC.  He is an advocate and mentor to the youth known to many of them as “Uncle Les”.

Minister Donnie C. Smith

Minister Smith accepted the call into the ministry and preached his initial sermon on October 13, 1996.  He, too, received his ordination on July 17, 2005.  He and his wife (Tammy) reside in Clayton, NC.  He enjoys basketball, tennis and teaching.  One of his favorite scriptures is Psalm 130: 3-4  ”If thou Lord, shouldest mark iniquities, O Lord, who shall stand?  But there is forgiveness with thee, that thou mayest be feared.”

Minister Carol D. Bunch

Minister Bunch accepted her call into the minstry and preached her initial sermon on June 22, 1997.  She also received her ordination on July 17, 2005.  Her ministry emphasis is in counseling and healing.  God has told her to preach, teach and heal. She serves in the mission field as well as a collegiate educator.  She has a love for photography.  She currently resides in Raleigh, NC.

Minister Wilma Hutchison

Minister Hutchison entered into the ministry in 2005.  She and her husband (Frederick) reside in Sanford, NC.  Her favorite scriptures are Jeremiah 29:11-14 and 2 Chronicles 7:14.  She enjoys sewing and reading.  Her favorite movie to date is “The Blind Side”.  She is also completing an AAS degree in Healthcare Administration.

Bro. Tracey Williams

Bro. Williams recently accepted his call into the ministry.  He is a Student of Ministry.  He and his wife (Rita) reside in Raleigh, NC.  He enjoys golf, bowling and anything pertaining to NC State Wolfpack sports.
